accommodating staff breakfast buffet large rooms stress relief
the staff was very accommodating during my entire stay. the breakfast buffet was amazing! it alone. the rooms were large by european standards. they offered amazing stress relief.
the air conditioning did not seem to work properly in my room, unfortunately.

i stayed in an apartment with a kitchen and living room. the kitchen included a fridge, freezer, and microwave plus a dining table with four chairs and trendy furniture, everything looked newly refurbished.

lack of concern staff concern
the breakfast offered a great selection including vegetables and fruits.
my samsung tablet was stolen from the hotel room. when i complained at the reception, the staff seemed to imply i was lying. i was disappointed by their lack of concern or willingness to investigate.

The suite was quite spacious. It included a living area and a kitchenette in addition to the bedroom. The front desk staff and housekeeping were helpful..
I requested an iron before my arrival. I was informed it was unavailable. The air conditioning did not seem to function properly. It remained set at 19 degrees.

not quite what i expected
the location was acceptable with quick access to transportation.
My tablet disappeared from my room, and the hotel staff acted like i was making it up. They showed no interest in investigating at all. this really soured my impression.

i found the staff quite helpful and friendly. the breakfast offered a very rich selection of both sweet and savory items including typical local pastries. i appreciated the size of the suite and its overall comfort. my room had soundproof windows contributing to a quiet stay.
i noticed the pillows were too soft, not providing adequate support for my preference
