the breakfast offered a great selection including vegetables and fruits.
my samsung tablet was stolen from the hotel room. when i complained at the reception, the staff seemed to imply i was lying. i was disappointed by their lack of concern or willingness to investigate.

The suite was quite spacious. It included a living area and a kitchenette in addition to the bedroom. The front desk staff and housekeeping were helpful..
I requested an iron before my arrival. I was informed it was unavailable. The air conditioning did not seem to function properly. It remained set at 19 degrees.

the location was acceptable with quick access to transportation.
My tablet disappeared from my room, and the hotel staff acted like i was making it up. They showed no interest in investigating at all. this really soured my impression.
